Guillaume d’Azémar de Fabrègues, Chief Executive Officer
Guillaume d’Azémar de Fabrègues has 24 years of professional experience and held leading management roles in engineering, construction, and IT software companies, such as Prosys, Serete, Arès, Astria, Waid, WebGalaxis, and Emulsia. He also has a proven track record in improving organisational execution and managing growth. Mr. d’Azémar de Fabrègues joined SGT as Chief Executive Officer in March 2009 and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company. Mr. d’Azémar de Fabrègues graduated from Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures in Chatenay Malabry in 1985.
François Chiche, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Francois Chiche is responsible for the global sales and marketing operations of SGT and has more than 20 years of experience in the IT software industry and international markets. Prior to joining SGT, Mr. Chiche was Director Europe for 170 Systems, a global financial process automation software vendor. Formerly, he was with Adobe Systems as Southern Europe Director of Solution Sales and, previously, as Country Manager. He also worked for IBM France, Informix and Ardent Software. François Chiche graduated from l'École Des Cadres du Commerce et des Affaires Économiques in Paris.
Eric Hennetier, Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer, Eric Hennetier is responsible for the Professional services organization, the R&D teams and the technical support of SGT. He started his career in 1987 as project manager, and then AV project director at IMPULSION, a French IT consulting firm. In 1996, he joined the TV network M6 METROPOLE TELEVISION as the director for IT studies and development. In 2004, Eric Hennetier took also over the responsibility as the Deputy IT Director of the Group. Eric Hennetier is a graduate from the Normandy Center for IT Research CENORI (Centre Normand de Recherche en Informatique) in Le Havre.
Eric Michaud, Executive Evangelist
As Executive Evangelist, Eric Michaud is responsible for the strategic product and technology vision of SGT. In his former role as chief technology officer, Eric Michaud was responsible for leading the company's R&D and customer projects teams. He started his career in 1989 at Cap Geminy and joined SGT in 1990 where he held several technical and pre-sales management positions. In 1998, he became Technology Director of the R&D group and implemented methodologies and an organisation that supported SGT’s further development in France and globally. In 2006, Eric Michaud was promoted CTO. Mr. Michaud is a graduate from Supélec engineering school in Paris in 1987.
Francis Rollin, Chief Financial Officer
Francis Rollin has more than 25 years of experience in Finance. He mainly focused on project management activities such as Real Estate development or communications related to safety and security issues. He joined SGT in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to SGT he worked for Meridien Hotels, The Walt Disney Company, The Zenitel group, and others. Mr. Rollin has extensive international experience that he gained mainly in the USA and the Middle East. Mr. Rollin graduated in Accounting & Finance and holds a master in Hospitality Management from Cornell/ ESSEC.
