Guillaume d'Azemar de FabreguesGuillaume d’Azémar de Fabrègues has over 25 years of professional experience and held leading management roles in engineering, construction, and IT software companies, such as Prosys, Serete, Arès, Astria, Waid, WebGalaxis, and Emulsia.  He also has a proven track record in improving organizational execution and managing growth. Mr. d’Azémar de Fabrègues joined SGT as Managing Director in March 2009 and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company. Mr. d’Azémar de Fabrègues graduated from Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures in Chatenay Malabry in 1985.




Béatrice Lennoz-Gratin, Deputy Managing Director

Beatrice Lennoz-GratinBéatrice Lennoz-Gratin integrates SGT in 1999 and participates in commercial development of Automation and Media Management solutions in France. In 2011 she became head of the commercial department of the French and Swiss territory. With her team, Béatrice Lennoz-Gratin meets customers new needs and new demands, and imposes SGT solutions throughout its area, from thematic and local channels to premium channels and large groups. She also develops the market of institutions and non-broadcast accounts. In 2013, she assumed the position of Deputy Managing Director to better assist SGT in its growth and development.




Laurent Dujardin, Deputy Managing Director

With over 20 years experience within the Thomson group, Laurent Dujardin has developed both a technical knowledge and a commercial approach of the broadcast market. As R&D manager he led a study plan and develop key products from Thomson Broadcast & Media Solutions, such as video servers, IT infrastructure and software applications. At the head of business development for Media Management solution, and pre-sales of all broadcast solutions has led Thomson Grass Valley on major markets around the world. Laurent Dujardin has now joined SGT and puts all its know-how in the development of business and innovation. By his personal involvement and skills, he also becomes quickly and naturally Deputy Managing Director.
